These Terms and Conditions generally apply to the use of the "ADRWriter" software (hereinafter "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or be fit for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To fully utilize the Service, a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge or Firefox) and a device with an appropriate screen size, keyboard and mouse are required. We cannot guarantee that all features will function identically or error-free on all browser versions or on outdated systems.
ADRWriter does not offer cloud storage for your project data. All created content, scripts, and settings are processed locally in your browser (Local Storage) and must be exported and saved by you as a file.
Important: You are solely responsible for permanently storing your data and creating regular backups. We have no access to your locally stored data and cannot restore it in the event of data loss (e.g., by clearing the browser cache).
Some features of the Service are paid and require a subscription. Billing is handled through our payment provider, Stripe.
There are no refunds for subscriptions already purchased and paid for, including pro-rated refunds for unused periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the paid period. Afterwards, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free version.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes here or within the Service.
